Rent Payments

We collect the majority of rents by Direct Debit through the banking system, this gives us better control and your clients are offered protection by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

There is always a delay with this banking system in the transfer of funds to our Client account and sometimes this can be up to 7 days depending on when the rent collection day falls.

So please do allow us up to 7 days to process the payments to your bank.
