Congratulations!


I have sent your tenancy documents through Goodlord for your signatures.


Please take the time to read through, and take legal advice before adding your signatures as required.


You will also be asked to pay your advance rents and Reposit (or a traditional deposit)  for the property, please pay these direct through the Goodlord platform and with the Reposit invite sent by email.


All certificates for the deposit will be sent by the deposit protection provider.


All future rents will be collected by direct debit with a further email requesting you arrange this that will come from PayProp/GoCardless, please complete your details when prompted.


All rent collections will be notified by email approximately 2 days prior to our collection dates which is the 1st day of the month.

I will arrange access to the property and/or room using a key safe or with the Inventory Clerk- A further email will be sent for this


Due to contactless entry I will provide your room inventory by email, for signatures through Zoho Sign (our signature platform)


If you do not sign the inventory then it will be assumed you agree with the contents and filed.
