TENANCY RENEWAL OPTIONS

You have 3 options;


1. Renew for another fixed term of 6 or months:

  if you would prefer security of tenure, you also have the option to take up our low cost deposit alternative- so you could get some money back!...talk to us about Reposit as an alternate deposit


2. End your contract:

 please give us a minimum of one month notice in writing.

3. Allow the tenancy to become periodic:

 You are bound by the same terms of your original agreement, just the period becomes monthly rolling. Here is information to assist you.


Please do consider the options and reply as soon as is convenient but with plenty of time to allow the changes to be processed.


All of the above is subject to contract and the landlords approval, which will be sought on receipt of your reply.
