Waste bins

The refuse containers provided at each and every property by the landlord are the responsibility of the tenant to manage and maintain them.

In our experience if they are misused the local collection facility will not empty them and sometimes remove them completely with continued misuse.

You will need to contact your local council to arrange the replacement of these items.
